Marketing and Promotion starting with the development and execution of a congress marketing & promotion strategy, to the website designing, production of the various announcements and programs as well as promotional material, and presentation / representation of the event to the client / associations, potential participants, sponsors, government organizations, arrangements of press conferences..
 
Mailing and Distribution by post of flyers and announcements including proofs of delivery, by courier of special invitation with RSVP or electronically as email broadcast of newsletters and advertisements to a certain event.
 
Estimation and Budget including drafting and managing of the congress budget as well as the handling of the financials related to the event ranging from the management of bank accounts, invoicing and payments, cash flow, preparation of accounts etc.
