Currency and Bank Services
Lebanon’s monetary unit is the Lebanese Pound (LBP).
($ 1 =
1500 LBP).
International currency can be exchanged in practically all banks.
Credit cards are accepted in major restaurants and hotels.
Banks hours:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 - 13:00;
Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00

Lebanon has a subtropical climate. The average temperature in
June/July is 30C during the day. Due to varying temperatures at
this time of year, we recommend that you bring a jacket. |
