Abstract Guidelines
The deadline for the receipt of abstracts is Saturday, January 15, 2005.
1. The abstract text should be no more than 250 words and highlight
the main points the presenter/s wish to communicate.
2. Abstracts must be submitted in English, along with the
biographical data form.
3. The abstract should include the following sections:
a) Background
b) Purpose
c) Methods
d) Conclusion/Results
4. Abstracts can be submitted in the
following categories:
- Concurrent session:
Presentations should be 15 minutes in length and with 5 minutes for discussion.
- Poster: A visual presentation for display on a poster board.
5. Abstracts are to be
submitted electronically at
http://www.infomedweb.com
.
6. Applicants will be notified if
their abstract has been accepted by March 15, 2005.
7. If your abstract is accepted, you must register for the
conference by May 1, 2005. Accepted abstracts will be eliminated
from the program on this date if registration has not been
received.
