The ISAPS Post Graduate Course″ Beauty: Art & Science″ will be
held on October 10-12, 2008
at Habtoor Grand Hotel.

C M E credits
The Continuing Medical Education (CME) committee of the Lebanese
Order of Physicians in
Beirut - Lebanon will designate this activity for (CME) Credits

Participants are strongly advised to reserve accommodation, as
soon as possible. Requests will be processed on a first come

VISA REQUIRMENTS
Citizens of the US, Canada, Europe, GCC countries, Jordan with
national passport number & Syria can obtain their visa upon
arrival at Beirut International Airport or at the Lebanese
Borders.
Egypt citizens should obtain their visa prior to arrival from
the Lebanese Consulate in their country.
Iraqi & Palestinian need special arrangement from Lebanon.
For participants needing a certificate attendance for their
visa, an invitation letter will be issued after paying
subscription fees.

INSURANCE
AND LIABILITY
Participants are advised to have appropriate travel and health
insurance since the ISAPS Post
Graduate Course ″ Beauty: Art &Science″ will not be liable for
any accident injury or illness that
may occur. Nevertheless, participants and guests benefit from an
accident insurance during
transportation, while they are on our travel agent’s bus.
CURRENCY
1 U.S.D Is equivalent approximately to 1,500 Lebanese Pound
(Lira). Lebanon being an open
market, movement into and out of Lebanon and all exchanged
transaction are completely free
of any kind of control. Foreign currency may be exchanged freely
at any bank.
ATM machines are available.
The U.S.D and EURO can be used also as local Currency. Major
International Credit cards are
accepted in most large establishments, hotels and restaurants.
WEATHER AND DRESS
October is an Autumn-Summer season in Lebanon. The temperature
is usually moderate 20 to 25°C
Night time, the weather is cooler, sweater maybe recommended.
The dress is formal for all functions of the meeting. Tie is
mandatory at the Gala Dinner.

Arabic, French and English are currently spoken. The official
language of the meeting is English.
ELECTRIC CURRENT: 220 Volt 110V. Could be available
(please check with your hotel).

telephones. All hotels offer international communication, fax
and E-mail services.
