Dr. Nadia Buhannad is the founder and the managing
director of Sikologia Consultancy since the year 2000. She is
also the founder & president of Emirates Psychological
Association (EPA), 2003- 2004 & 2006-2007. She is the head of the evaluating committee for the
Ideal Arab Mother & Family Award 2000-2007, and head of
the evaluating committee for Emirates Business Women Award
2003-2004.
She

she obtained her Ph.D. in educational psychology from the

. In 1992 she received her M.S. in educational psychology from
Indiana University Bloomington, Indiana, USA.
She graduated in 1988/1989 with BA in psychology from UAE

She is accredited to use Emotional Competency Inventory (ECI)
for the assessment of emotional intelligence. She is qualified
to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI-Personality
assessment). She is a certified (Thought Field Therapy) TFT
practitioner. She developed the Arabic version of the Insight
Discovery assessment.
In addition to her work in assessment, consultancy, and
coaching in personal development, she is a trainer who
delivers workshops to UAE nationals and non nationals to
increase their successful performance at work. Also, She has a weekly column in Al Khaleej
newspaper, Zahrat Al Khaleej Magazine, and Al Hasna Magazine.

Dr.
Fatma Abdulla, a UAE national, is the Chief Strategy Officer
for Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC). She is responsible for
developing and forging key alliances with world-class entities
and managing internal and external processes related to
positioning DHCC as the destination of choice for health and
wellness services.
She
holds a PhD in Higher Education from the
University
of
Arizona
, as well as a MSc. in Nursing Administration from the
University
of
California
. She has held a number of senior positions in the
US
& the UAE.
Prior
to joining DHCC, Dr. Abdulla was the Dean of
Health Sciences, Communication Technology and Education at the
Higher Colleges of Technology .Dr Abdulla was also previously
Director, Community Based Organisation Programs for the County
of Los Angeles’ Public Health Programmes & Services.
There she was responsible for overseeing a multimillion dollar
grant funded by the Center for Disease Control &
Prevention for the detection and prevention of communicable
diseases in low income populations in
Los Angeles
County
.
In
her illustrious career, Dr. Abdulla has won many awards and
academic honours such as the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Award
for Academic Excellence, Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum
Award for Academic Achievement, County of Los Angeles Public
Health Programmes and Services Director’s Award for
Outstanding Project Performance, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)
Award for Contribution to Nursing, as well as numerous other
awards from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention..Dr.
Abdulla also has published numerous publications.

M. B. Al-Mughairbi, Ph.D
Dr. Fadwa had B.S in Psychology from UAEU, Faculty of
Education 1986. She has MA (1997), and Ph.D. (1999) in
Biological Psychology (Behavioral Neuroscience), State
University of N.Y at

. She is a member of the “International Behavioral
Neuroscience Society (IBNS) and Society for Neuroscience (SFN)
Dr.
Fadwa is an Assistant Professor in the department of
psychology, UAEU since 1999. She had worked as a psychiatric
social worker in
Tawam
Hospital
, Al-Ain (1986-1990), and as a Research Assistant, in the
Psychology
Research
Center
, UAEU (1990-1991). Dr.
Fadwa research interest focus on effect of environmental
toxicity on brain cell death, demential and neurodegenerative
diseases.
Dr.
Fadwa is the Vice President in the Emirates Psychological
Association. Also, she worked as a Committee Vice President of
the “Ideal Arab Mother, and Ideal Arab Family Award” since
2002 that are organized by Dubai Shopping Festival. She is the
owner and Chief Editor of Alain times Newspaper.

El Hawa, Managing Director of Infomed Events.
Matthew
El Hawa has been Managing Director of
Infomed Events that he started in Dubai
end of 2004. Before this he spent seven years in the Event’s
organization field with Infomed Intl for Events Beirut and
R.Rida Intl Beirut where he successfully marketed and executed
major conferences and congresses and reached managerial
levels.
He has previously worked in Al Ittihad Al Watani, a Lebanese Insurance
and Reinsurance company.
Matthew El Hawa was born in 1970, in

Chammas, President & CEO of Scenez Group Productions
Brings
several years of experience in Consulting, Marketing,

Productions. Cultivating new business opportunities,

base, adopting an open and flexible approach towards

function. Never backing away from a challenge, she attributes
